Refund policy

Plants sold by Oddly Specific Plants are healthy and free of pests. Returns will be for credit toward another plant, upon the return of the original plant, in the original pot and substrate, in the same condition that it was sold. No refunds. Exchanges limited to one time per transaction.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you received a damaged package that affected your plant while in transit with USPS, I will work with you to get a refund from USPS. All packages are well insulated, shipped USPS Priority, with heat seasonally, and insured to the amount of the purchase price.
