Shipping policy

Shipping is available for the actual cost based on the weight of your package to your destination. Plants are well insulated and packaged to prevent damage, with a heat pack included for no additional cost if needed. I will send a picture of your specific plant/plants just prior to packing so you are able to see the size and condition of the plant. Shipping is by USPS Priority to the US only, lower 48 states except CA due to restrictions on imported plants by their department of agriculture. If you received a damaged package that affected your plant while in transit with USPS, I will work with you to get a refund from USPS. All packages are well insulated, shipped USPS Priority, with heat seasonally, and insured to the amount of the purchase price.
